Jesse Ford is the co-founder and executive producer of WTP Pictures.

Jesse, alongside Susan, partnered in 2018 with the shared vision to create a truly human-driven, creative forward, no BS production company. Today WTP Pictures has offices in Detroit and LA and boasts a global roster of creative talent.

With a diverse background in film production and accounting - Jesse has built a reputation for his humble attitude, blue-collar work ethic, and keen ability to bring together talented creatives from all walks of life. From his base of operations in an old Detroit firehouse, Jesse uses a solution-oriented approach and “we can do this” attitude to collaborate with creatives, agencies, and stakeholders to make original content across all mediums.

Recently Jesse has been working on several feature-length films including “Revolution: GMC HUMMER EV” a behind-the-scenes look at EV vehicles which debuted on The History Channel.

He is currently working on a new sci-fi, “The Mill” with Director Sean King O'Grady featuring Lil Rel Howery, set to debut on Hulu later this year.

Susan Rued Anderson is co-founder and executive producer of WTP Pictures.

An industry veteran, Susan founded WTP Pictures in 2018 with Jesse with the collective aim to create an international production company that breaks the traditional mold by being collaborative and human-forward.

An award-winning branded content and commercial production executive, Susan is a powerhouse EP with an unparalleled expertise of industry production. Her rare combination of innovative thinking and high-level expertise rooted in storytelling has helped her collaborate with some of the most imaginative voices in the industry. Her impressive resume includes an Emmy, 3 Cannes Grand Prix, and more for her work on Toshiba + Intel, Corvette, T-Mobile, and Samsung.

Prior to co-helming the ship at WTP Pictures, Susan was an Executive Producer/ Managing Director at Room Two and Executive Producer at both B-Reel Films and The Sweet Shop where she was integral in launch both their U.S commercial operations.

A true force of nature, Tiffany Caprice brings her entrepreneurial spirit and unstoppable drive to WTP Pictures as the Head of Content & Business Development and Executive Producer.

Throughout her career Tiffany has done it all - from casting and negotiating talent relations for major productions to leading sales teams and client relations to the marketing and production of original content.

As the Head of New Business & Sales at Picrow, Tiffany oversaw development of projects; producing campaigns for clients including Amazon, Disney, NY Yankees, and Magic the Gathering. She most recently ran her own consulting firm where her ability to build and nourish lasting relationships led her to pitch scripted and unscripted content for Netflix, Lionsgate, MGM, and more.

A passionate leader, Tiffany excels at growing teams and developing innovative new projects. In addition to her work for WTP Pictures she is currently developing a new crime doc series and a documentary feature with MGM/Amazon.

A force to be reckoned with, Kim Slowik brings razor-sharp problem-solving skills and an unwavering commitment to talent development to her newest role Director of Partnerships and Executive Producer At WTP Pictures. 

Known for her ability to “make the impossible possible,” Kim has a diverse background in agency production, post-production, music production and sales. From inception to execution she shepherds every project with a calm and confident demeanor that inspires those around her.

With a track record of collaborating with top talent around the world Kim is deeply passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry - developing underrepresented talent and championing BIPOC representation.

She brings two decades of leadership experience with her, executive producing and producing award-winning ads, activations, and integrated branded content for the likes of Ford, DoorDash, Old Navy, Chevy, and more.
